​【課程名稱】：原料藥製程實務系列課程
【適合對象】：相關產業第一線工作人員與主管、需具製程相關知能之從業人員、有意投入相關領域者。

 【課程概要】：
原料藥產品與原料藥於全球產值已經超過800億美元以上，其中約有60%為製藥廠自行製造，其餘則是委由專業代工廠代工，代工市場亦超過300億美元，年成長率逾6%，而與其成本及品質息息相關即是製程設計、開發、放大與生產，故擁有具效益的製程，係企業發展與獲利關鍵之一。本課程系協助學員得以快速獲得原料藥製程全程架構，使其得以發展精實製程，從而建立穩定基礎工程與優化製程技術。

【課程內容】：
1 原料藥製程設計與開發實務：​Train R&D chemists and engineers in the most efficient methods for developing cheap, robust processes for the manufacture of fine organic chemicals in the minimum amount of time. And educate chemists in the principles of scale-up and development, in basic engineering concepts and in techniques for the optimisation of processes. 
2 原料藥製程放大與生產實務：Teach the practical aspects of designing a scalable fine-chemical batch process and successfully implementing it at the kilo-lab and pilot plant scale, through an examination of the effects of unit operation theory, large-scale operating methods and equipment limitations on process safety, operability, yield, selectivity and product quality.
