【課程介紹】
生醫產業為知識、技術與資本高度密集的產業，因此如何建立企業的智慧財產組合創造競爭優勢，並且避開侵權及訴訟的風險，對生技醫藥企業尤其關鍵。而生醫企業的智財策略必需能夠支持企業的商業目標與獲利模式，方能為企業創造價值。
